Our flexible and highly effective model for delivering reviews and assessments has enabled us to complete thousands of assessments. The turnaround from allocation to completion is an average of 16 days.
Clients are supported to clear backlogs, rationalise expenditure, promote independence and ensure Care Act compliance. Our experienced assessors have a proven track record in completing quality person-centred and strengths based assessments. Assessments are undertaken with a "needs" led approach.

We have an extensive network of experienced Social Workers who have a proven track record in assessing the needs of Service Users. Assessments are subject to excellent internal quality assurance. Dedicated project managers are assigned to individual clients ensuring senior management oversight and fluid communication channels.

Our CHC Assessment service supports local authorities, health providers and commissioning groups to make a positive, lasting impact on people and communities nationwide.
Our specialist workers gather evidence on each individual case in order to ensure the appropriate funding and the correct outcome is reached for the service user. We will book and attend the DST. If the funding is granted we will complete and case hold any outstanding work until health funding is confirmed. If the funding is not granted the case will be transferred back to social care. We will complete a Care Act assessment and follow through until case closure.

Where required an MCA is conducted to ascertain an individual’s capacity to make relevant decisions.

Flex360 can support you with a proven Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiry service. A team of social workers will work alongside your substantive teams to provide more capacity to complete Safeguarding enquiries on a per enquiry basis. Historically, we have undertaken support in learning disabilities and physical disabilities adopting a strengths based, person centred approach that prioritises the safety of the client. All enquiries will be conducted face to face.
Flex360 can self-sign off cases, whilst the council dip test for quality. All enquiries will go through vigorous Quality Assurance before being presented to the local authority and will be completed within agreed timescales. We can fulfil both the SAD and SAM functions.
In the event a Section 9 Care Act Assessment is identified as a requirement during the safeguarding enquiry, Flex360 is about to support in completing this. Flex360 can undertake Care Act Assessments focusing on the adult’s own network and outcome or to meet needs in the most cost-effective way. A full assessment will be conducted, inclusive of the care and support plan. Families, care providers and all relevant people will be consulted.
