A long legacy in Social Care

Part of the RT Group, Flex360 (Previously RT Consultancy) was developed to support Local Authorities in recognition of an increasingly challenging environment. Partnership working coupled with a flexible approach is the key to our success. This enables us to help our customers achieve solutions to current service pressures and to deliver positive outcomes across both adults and children’s services.

Flex360 was established by experienced consultants in partnership with social workers and social care professionals, who believed they could develop, deliver and provide real added value to social work and social care services throughout the United Kingdom.

Founded on a core of guiding social work principals, we have developed these values into a cohesive methodology for the comprehensive delivery of evidence based social care services for children and their families and adult service users.

Our services are delivered by a dedicated team of Social Work and Recruitment Professionals who listen to issues and provide a solution that is beneficial to the Local Authority, its partner.

We offer a holistic and innovative delivery model that focuses on the needs of our clients, service users and the wider demographic.
